MARTIN® SAF-2™ Belt Cleaner

With pressure stored in its resilient urethane blades, the MARTIN® SAF-2™ Belt Cleaner is the cleaning system suitable for any conveyor, even "worse case" belts.

 

No Tensioner Needed

There's no tensioner to adjust; the MARTIN® SAF-2™ Belt Cleaner is the only cleaner where cleaning pressure is stored in the resilience of the blades. When you change blades, you replace the tensioner too.

Minimal Adjustment Required

"Set it and forget it." As cleaning edge wears, the resilient urethane blades self-adjust to maintain effective cleaning. Reset the cleaner once for a "like new" cleaning performance and a second wear life.

Gentle On Belt And Splices

Light "touch" of resilient two-inch-wide (50 mm) urethane blades reduces risk of damage, even on belts with multiple fasteners, rips, or longitudinal splices.

Long Life Reduces Blade Changes

Low blade-to-belt pressure means long blade life. Resilient blades withstand splices and belt rollback without damage. Specify tungsten carbide-tipped blades for challenging conditions.

Fast & Easy Blade Replacement

Cartridge-easy removal of blades from mainframe. Pry out worn blades with a screwdriver; new blades snap into place.
